Job Summary
The Resource Officer plays a pivotal role in supporting the organisation's human resources and administrative functions. This position is responsible for managing various HR processes, utilising systems such as Workday and Taleo, and ensuring effective communication across departments. 
The ideal candidate will possess strong organisational skills and a keen ability to manage data entry tasks while maintaining a high level of confidentiality.

Responsibilities

  • Manage recruitment processes through ATS systems like Taleo and Workday, ensuring a smooth candidate experience.
  • Oversee social media management for recruitment purposes, enhancing the organisation's online presence.
  • Maintain and update HRIS records, ensuring accuracy and compliance with data protection regulations.
  • Provide administrative support to the HR team, including scheduling interviews and coordinating onboarding processes.
  • Communicate effectively with candidates and internal stakeholders to facilitate recruitment activities.
  • Assist in data entry tasks related to employee records and HR metrics.
  • Collaborate with other departments to understand resource needs and provide appropriate solutions.

Experience

  • Proven experience in human resources or administrative roles is essential.
  • Familiarity with HRIS systems, particularly Workday or similar platforms.
  • Experience with ATS tools such as Taleo is advantageous.
  • Strong skills in social media management for professional purposes are desirable.
  • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, are required to interact effectively with diverse teams.
  • Proficiency in data entry and attention to detail are crucial for maintaining accurate records.
  • Previous experience with Salesforce or similar CRM systems is a plus.

Job Type: Permanent

Pay: £31,340.00-£32,000.00 per year
