Recruitment Consultant

Responsibilities

• Develop and implement effective recruitment strategies to attract qualified candidates.
• Utilise social media platforms to promote job openings and engage with potential candidates.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with clients to understand their recruitment needs.
• Conduct thorough candidate screenings and interviews to assess qualifications and fit.
• Manage the entire recruitment process from lead generation to placement.
• Maintain accurate records of candidate interactions in the ATS systems.
• Collaborate with hiring managers to refine job descriptions and requirements.
• Provide regular updates to clients on recruitment progress and market trends.

Requirements

• Proven experience in recruitment or a related field, with a strong understanding of human resources practices.
• Proficiency in using ATS systems such as PeopleSoft, Workday, Salesforce, or Taleo is highly desirable.
• Excellent communication skills with the ability to engage effectively with diverse stakeholders.
• Strong relationship management skills, demonstrating an ability to build rapport with clients and candidates alike.
• Experience in lead generation techniques to identify potential candidates proactively.
• Familiarity with social media management tools for recruitment purposes is advantageous.
• A proactive approach to problem-solving and the ability to work independently as well as part of a team.
