Payroll Management
- Oversee and manage payroll processing for healthcare staff, ensuring accuracy and timeliness.
- Ensure compliance with federal, state, and local tax regulations.
- Manage payroll deductions, including benefits, retirement contributions, and garnishments.
- Address payroll discrepancies and resolve employee payroll issues.
- Implement and maintain payroll software and systems.
Financial Management
- Develop and oversee financial policies and procedures.
- Prepare financial reports, including balance sheets, income statements, and cash flow reports.
- Manage budgeting, forecasting, and financial planning for the agency.
- Ensure compliance with healthcare financial regulations and industry standards.
- Oversee accounts payable and receivable functions.
Regulatory Compliance & Audits
- Ensure compliance with healthcare industry financial regulations (e.g., Medicare, Medicaid, and insurance reimbursements).
- Prepare financial records for audits and coordinate with external auditors.
- Maintain accurate records for tax filings, labor laws, and financial reporting requirements.
Compensation & Benefits Administration
- Work with HR to manage employee compensation structures.
- Oversee benefits administration, including healthcare, retirement plans, and workers' compensation.
- Ensure compliance with labor laws regarding wages, overtime, and benefits.
Financial Strategy & Cost Control
- Identify cost-saving opportunities without compromising patient care.
- Monitor financial performance and suggest improvements.
- Assist in financial planning for expansions, acquisitions, or new service offerings.
Qualifications
- Proven experience in payroll and finance management
- Proficiency in accounting software, including Workday and QuickBooks
- Familiarity with HRIS and PeopleSoft systems
- Strong data entry and accounts payable skills
- Excellent analytical abilities and attention to detail
- Background in human resources and financial reporting

Pay: £36,000.00-£39,000.00 per year
