  • Manage budgeting, forecasting, and financial planning for the agency.
  • Ensure compliance with healthcare financial regulations and industry standards.
  • Oversee accounts payable and receivable functions.

Regulatory Compliance & Audits

  • Ensure compliance with healthcare industry financial regulations (e.g., Medicare, Medicaid, and insurance reimbursements).
  • Prepare financial records for audits and coordinate with external auditors.
  • Maintain accurate records for tax filings, labor laws, and financial reporting requirements.

Compensation & Benefits Administration

  • Work with HR to manage employee compensation structures.
  • Oversee benefits administration, including healthcare, retirement plans, and workers' compensation.
  • Ensure compliance with labor laws regarding wages, overtime, and benefits.

Financial Strategy & Cost Control

  • Identify cost-saving opportunities without compromising patient care.
  • Monitor financial performance and suggest improvements.
  • Assist in financial planning for expansions, acquisitions, or new service offerings.

Qualifications

  • Proven experience in payroll and finance management
  • Proficiency in accounting software, including Workday and QuickBooks
  • Familiarity with HRIS and PeopleSoft systems
  • Strong data entry and accounts payable skills
  • Excellent analytical abilities and attention to detail
  • Background in human resources and financial reporting

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent, Graduate

Pay: £36,000.00-£39,000.00 per year
